In the restaurant we cook basically from quality and fresh ingredients.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Beef of the highest quality and great taste. The aged beef comes from a local family farm that raises the purebred French Charolais breed, grazing the meadows at the foothills of Smrk Mountain. The best things are often just around the corner.
Homemade smoked meat. We lightly smoke the meat with oak wood to give it a fine structure
and smoothness. Smoked Goudacheese, vice versa, acquires a full and earthy taste.
We bake burger buns, sourdough bread or focaccia ourselves. Likewise, we always prepare
our own dips and sauces.
